What we built
Vetera was a platform for vet clinics and pet owners. We wanted to make the time before and after a vet visit easier on both sides.
We had a handful of clinics and over 20,000 pet owners using the platform. Pre-screening saved front desk staff a solid chunk of time per visit, and the auto-generated notes cut documentation work down significantly.

Pre-screening
Instead of clipboards in the waiting room, owners talked to a conversational agent before their visit. It asked about symptoms, medications, and history, then handed the vet a clean summary before the appointment started.

SOAP notes
Vets could record their exam and we'd turn the audio into structured clinical notes with follow-up recommendations. Most vets told us it saved them the better part of an hour each day.
Vet dashboard
Patient history, pre-screening results, appointments, and notes all in one place. The goal was less clicking around and more time with the animal.

Owner app
Vaccines, prescriptions, visit notes, all accessible from a phone. No more calling the clinic to check when the last rabies shot was.

Appointments
Online booking that fed directly into the pre-screening flow. By the time a pet showed up, the clinic already had context.

Telehealth
Video calls for follow-ups and quick questions that didn't need an office visit.
Guides
Breed info, care tips, and symptom explainers so owners had somewhere to look stuff up.
